Smooth service with pickup and delivery

1. Choose transport packages & services

Start by adding our transport package to your booking – this is the heart of our service and covers collection and delivery. Then you select the services or products your bike needs and fill in your details.

2. Pick-up during the evening tour

We will pick up your bike during our next regular round between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. You will receive confirmation of the day we will arrive so that you can have your bike ready.

3. Price proposal & approval

We will conduct a technical review and send you a repair plan. You will approve the price proposal digitally before we begin the work.

4. Delivery to the door

As soon as the service is complete, we will deliver your bike back during the next scheduled evening ride. Your bike will arrive home fully repaired, checked and ready to use right away!
