Warranty & Complaints
We provide a warranty on both repairs performed and replacement parts installed. If an item is defective or if the repair does not meet the promised standard, you have the right to file a complaint. We will then inspect the defect and repair it free of charge if it is covered by the warranty.
Delivery terms
We plan our routes continuously to be as efficient as possible. Spare parts are normally delivered within 1–3 working days.
For repairs, your bike will be picked up and dropped off when we pass through your area. You will always be notified well in advance of our arrival so you know when we are on our way.
Toll fee
When picking up a bicycle, a toll fee (equivalent to the transportation cost) will be charged if contact cannot be established with the customer at the scheduled time. Exceptions can be made if the pick-up can instead be carried out during the next scheduled round.
When returning a repaired bicycle, there is no additional fee if the recipient cannot be found; instead, the bicycle will be taken out again during the next round.
Right of withdrawal - Spare parts
For spare parts purchased through our webshop, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods. For the right of withdrawal to apply, the spare part must be unused and remain in its original packaging.
Right of withdrawal - Repair service
You have the right to cancel a booked repair service. If the work has already started with your consent, a certain fee may be charged. If the repair was not carried out correctly or if you are not satisfied with the result, we will of course take care of the correction and ensure that the fault is fixed at no extra cost to you.

Payment and debiting
We work with several partners to offer secure payment options. Dintero is one of our partners, and it is through them that you as a customer can choose to pay with Swish and Klarna, among others.
The time at which the money is withdrawn (debited) depends on the payment method you choose and the type of service/goods you order:
- When purchasing at the checkout: When ordering spare parts or booking a transport package, the charge is made directly at the time of purchase at the checkout.
- For repairs: When a repair proposal is approved, the amount will be debited when the work is confirmed or completed, depending on the payment method chosen.
- Payment method: The exact time of debit may vary depending on whether you choose card payment, direct bank or invoice via our payment partners. In the case of invoice, payment is subject to the terms and conditions stated on the invoice.

- Delivery time: Normal delivery time for stock items is 3–5 working days.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to repair services that have been initiated with your consent.
Our range
We offer both new and used bicycles. It is clearly stated in the product description whether a bicycle is used. All spare parts and components (for example from Shimano) that are sold separately or installed during repairs are always brand new.
Right of complaint
We follow the Consumer Purchase Act, which gives you the right to complain about a product for up to 3 years if it is faulty. For used goods, faults are assessed based on the age, price and condition of the product as described at the time of purchase. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered.
