We have developed three transport packages that are designed to make it as easy as possible for you. To ensure smooth handling of your bike, from pick-up to delivery, the transport package is mandatory. When we pick up your bike at your door during our regular round, which takes place every day between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, we then do a thorough analysis of it to determine exactly what needs to be done. We then send you a detailed repair proposal. If you approve the repair, the repaired bike will be delivered back to you during the next round, provided that the repair has been completed. In most cases, the bike is ready for return the next day. Our ambition is that you do not have to worry about logistics and can instead enjoy worry-free cycling. We cover pick-up and delivery within a radius of 25 km from central Uppsala.
