We have three transport packages to make it as easy as possible for you. The transport package is mandatory for smooth handling of your bike, from pick-up to delivery. We will pick up your bike at your door every day between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, do a thorough analysis to see what needs to be fixed, and then send you a detailed repair proposal in the form of a shared shopping cart.
You can also add services/products to your shopping cart when ordering. If you approve the repair, the bike will be delivered back on the next round, usually the next day. Our ambition is that you don't have to worry about logistics and instead enjoy worry-free cycling. We cover pick-up and delivery within 25 km of central Uppsala.
Repair plan
Once in our workshop, a thorough analysis will be carried out based on your problem description, if one has been provided. You will then receive a detailed repair plan with associated cost estimates via SMS. In the digital shopping cart, you can easily review and adapt the proposed measures to your wishes. By completing the purchase of the products in the shopping cart, you approve the bicycle repair.

From drop-off to pick-up, we ensure that your bike is handled with care and safety. We store all bikes indoors in secure and alarmed premises, so you can feel completely safe when you leave it with us. We log every step of the process digitally and when the repair is complete, the bike is parked at our pick-up location, ready for the next ride.
